Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions - Essence Content Studio 1. Introduction By using our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not, please refrain from using our studio. 2. Studio Facilities WC: Standard and disabled facilities available. Access: Front-door entry; contact us for disabled access assistance. 3. Soundproofing The studio is not fully soundproof, so occasional noise may occur. Please keep speaker volumes respectful to neighbors. 4. Responsibility for Damages Clients are liable for any damages during their booking and will be charged full replacement costs. Inspections occur before and after sessions, and security cameras monitor the studio. Lit candles are prohibited. 5. Booking Rules Shoe Coverings: Provided for non-shoot participants; avoid dirty footwear. Clean-Up: Leave the studio as found to accommodate other clients. Setup/Clear-Up: Include setup and teardown time within your booking. Overruns incur a £50 fee. Fire Alarm Tests: Regular tests may occur during sessions; we appreciate your understanding. 6. Cancellations Less than 48 hours’ notice: 100% charge. 48–96 hours: 50% charge. 96 hours–1 week: 25% charge. More than 1 week: No charge. Refunds may include deductions for incurred fees. Rescheduled bookings later canceled will not be refunded but can be exchanged for future sessions. 7. Hire of Services & Equipment Clients use all services and equipment at their own risk. Notify us immediately if equipment is unsatisfactory. Lost/damaged items must be compensated. 8. Insurance We insure the studio and equipment. Clients must arrange their own coverage for consequential loss, theft, or damage to their property. 9. Studio Hire Bookings must be confirmed with payment. The studio is exclusively for the named client and cannot be sublet. Materials left behind will be removed at the client’s expense. Clients must leave the studio in its original condition or cover any resulting costs.
